The tent rates include one night accommodation in a luxury tent, breakfast, lunch and dinner for two people, as well as applicable taxes.
The tent rates are based on single / double occupancy per tent.
Safaris/excursions are not included in the tent rates and must be booked in advance.
Rates and government taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policies: Sher Bagh is bound to honour bookings only when a confirmation letter is issued. This is done after we have received a booking request either through email or fax with payment of the initial deposit.
An initial deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required to confirm your booking. However, SUJAN Luxury Hotels / Sher Bagh reserves the right to request for a higher and at times a non-refundable deposit, in which case you will be notified in writing at the time of booking.
Payments will be accepted by bank transfers, cheque or credit card. We do not accept cash payments.
The remaining 50% balance is due one month prior to the arrival date. If the remaining balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to release the booking and apply the cancellation conditions set out below.
Cancellations must be intimated in writing. As this incurs administrative and other costs, we will apply the following cancellation fees should a booking be cancelled within the specified periods.

Child Policy: One child up to 8 years old may stay free of charge when using the existing bed in the tent.
Extra Bed Policy: We do not provide extra beds in the tents.
Pets Policy: Due to the location of the camp and tented accommodation pets are not allowed.
